Enlightener of the Darkness

Enlightener of the Darkness
In Chinese myth we are told that this dragon produces light by opening his eyes and causes darkness by shutting them. His serpent-like body is a thousand miles long and of a filthy colour. He never rests and his breath causes wind and cold weather. He can assume nine colours and his breath descends as a rain of water or fire. Gold is the congealed breath of white dragons, crystal the spittle of purple dragons, and glass solidified dragon breath.
